1 sheet pie dough (bottom crust) 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup strawberry jam 1 sheet pie dough (top crust) 1 egg, beaten 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Step 1

Roll out and pre-bake the bottom pie dough in a pie dish at 375°F for 15 minutes with weights, then 5 minutes without.

In a saucepan, combine fresh strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook until thick, then stir in vanilla extract and strawberry jam. Let cool slightly.
