1 lb ground beef ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated 1 tablespoon sesame oil 3 green onions, sliced ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 2 cups cooked white rice (for serving)
