3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn 1 cup fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pinch salt 1 pinch freshly cracked black pepper

Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in halves or quarters depending on size.
