Ingredients
2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
¾ cup maraschino cherries (drained, chopped, and patted dry)
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal, and lightly grease it.
2. Drain maraschino cherries, chop them into halves or quarters, and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
4. Remove the pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt until fully incorporated.
5. Gently fold in the chopped maraschino cherries until evenly distributed.
6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Chill for at least 3 hours until set.
7. Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into small squares. Store in the fridge.
