Description

These White Chocolate Orange Creamsicle Truffles are the perfect no-bake summer treat. Bursting with tangy orange, creamy vanilla, and sweet white chocolate, they’re a refreshing dessert with nostalgic creamsicle flavor. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and ideal for gifting or parties. Try these zesty citrus truffles for a fun and delicious bite-sized dessert.

Ingredients

170 g white chocolate

115 g cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon orange extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

60 g powdered sugar

1 tablespoon orange zest

optional sprinkles or sanding sugar, for rolling

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate gently in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, orange extract, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until combined.

3. Stir the cooled white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until evenly blended. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.

4. Once chilled, scoop the mixture into small portions and roll into balls using your hands.

5. Roll each truffle in sprinkles or sanding sugar, if using.

6. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

7. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy, citrusy goodness!

Notes

Keep truffles refrigerated for best texture.

These truffles freeze well for up to a month.
