Ingredients
8 refrigerated crescent roll triangles

4 slices cheddar cheese, halved (optional)
1 egg, beaten

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
3. Place a sausage on the wide end of each triangle. If using cheese, tuck it under or wrap it around the sausage.
4. Roll up each triangle snugly, starting at the wide end and wrapping around the sausage.
5. Place each roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
