Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
3. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
4. Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cubed Velveeta cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
6. Add cooked spaghetti into the skillet and toss well until fully coated.
7. Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs or cheese if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese or parsley for garnish.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to maintain creaminess.
You can substitute spaghetti with penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni.
