Description

Easy Christmas Fudge with Sprinkles is a rich, creamy no-bake holiday dessert made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and festive Christmas sprinkles. This easy Christmas fudge recipe is perfect for cookie trays, edible gifts, holiday parties, and make-ahead Christmas treats.


Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

1. Line an 8ร—8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy lifting.

2. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt to a saucepan over low heat.

3. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted, smooth, and creamy.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

5. Let the mixture cool for about 1 minute, then fold in half of the Christmas sprinkles.

6. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.

7. Sprinkle the remaining Christmas sprinkles over the top and gently press them in.

8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

9. Lift the fudge out of the pan, slice into squares, and serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.

Notes

Use good-quality white chocolate for the smoothest texture and best flavor.

Jimmies-style sprinkles work better than nonpareils because they are less likely to bleed color.

For neat slices, chill the fudge well and use a sharp knife wiped clean between cuts.
