Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are cheesy, juicy, and wrapped in buttery biscuit dough with a crisp Parmesan crust. Perfect for easy appetizers, game day snacks, or a quick dinner recipe. This cheeseburger bombs recipe is family-friendly, customizable, and freezer-ready.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ small onion, finely diced

8 cubes cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.

2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4 to 5-inch circle on a clean surface.

3. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Top with a cube of cheddar cheese.

4. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling. Pinch to seal and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over each sealed bomb.

6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each one.

7. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure the dough is well sealed so the cheese doesn’t leak while baking.

Use freshly shredded Parmesan for better melting and flavor.

If using homemade biscuit dough, keep it soft but not sticky.
