8 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
