Description

This irresistible shrimp, crab & spinach dip recipe is the ultimate party appetizer. Ingredients

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup lump crab meat

1 cup fresh or frozen spinach

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in spinach until wilted, then remove from heat and let cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Gently fold in chopped shrimp, crab meat, and the garlic-spinach mixture.

4. Add Old Bay seasoning and stir everything together until well blended.

5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.

6. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.

7. Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

This dip can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until baking.

If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess water first.

You can spice it up with diced jalapeños or crushed red pepper.
