Description

Ninja Creami Salted Caramel Protein Ice Cream is a creamy high-protein dessert made with a salted caramel protein shake, pudding mix, and caramel sauce for an easy Ninja Creami treat with rich flavor and smooth texture.


Ingredients

1 bottle salted caramel protein shake

1 tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

1 tablespoon caramel sauce

1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 to 2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

1. Pour the salted caramel protein shake into a Ninja Creami pint container.

2. Add the vanilla pudding mix, caramel sauce, and sea salt.

3. Whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and the pudding mix is fully dissolved.

4. Cover the pint with its lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.

5. Remove the lid, place the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl, and lock it into the machine.

6. Run the Lite Ice Cream setting.

7. After the first spin, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk to the center if the texture looks crumbly.

8. Run the Respin cycle until the ice cream turns smooth and creamy.

9. Serve right away, or add a little extra caramel swirl before scooping if you want a richer finish.

Notes

Freeze the pint fully flat so the machine can process it evenly.

Start with 1 tablespoon of milk for the respin, then add more only if needed.

A tiny pinch of extra sea salt on top can make the caramel flavor pop even more.
