Description

This Raising Cane’s Sauce recipe is a creamy, tangy, peppery copycat dipping sauce made with mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for the perfect homemade chicken tender sauce, fry sauce, and sandwich spread.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

2. Stir everything together until the sauce is completely smooth and evenly colored.

3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding a little more black pepper for a bolder flavor.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5. Stir once more before serving with chicken tenders, fries, sandwiches, or onion rings.

Notes

Freshly ground black pepper gives the sauce its signature bold flavor, so it is worth using here.

Letting the sauce chill for a few hours gives it a deeper and more balanced taste.

Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator and stir before serving.
