Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 cups frozen tater tots

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.

3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, and ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.

6. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

7. Arrange frozen tater tots evenly over the top.

8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tater tots.

9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

10. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

11. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
