Description

Vanilla Rose Sweet Cream Cold Brew is a smooth, floral iced coffee made with bold cold brew, vanilla sweet cream, and a delicate touch of rose for a refreshing homemade coffeehouse drink.


Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee

2 tablespoons heavy cream

2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla syrup

1/2 teaspoon rose syrup or 2 to 3 drops rose water

1 cup ice cubes

1 teaspoon dried rose petals, optional for garnish


Instructions

1. In a small glass or measuring cup, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, and rose syrup or rose water until smooth and lightly frothy.

2. Fill a tall serving glass with ice cubes.

3. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving a little room at the top.

4. Slowly pour the vanilla rose sweet cream over the cold brew so it cascades into the coffee.

5. Garnish with dried rose petals if desired, then serve immediately and stir before sipping if you want the flavors fully blended.

Notes

Use rose lightly at first, especially if you are using rose water, because a little goes a long way.

For a sweeter drink, add an extra teaspoon of vanilla syrup to the cream mixture.

For the smoothest flavor, make sure both the cold brew and cream are well chilled before assembling.
