Description

This White Chocolate Pumpkin Fudge recipe blends creamy white chocolate, rich pumpkin puree, and warming pumpkin pie spice for the perfect no-bake fall dessert. A simple treat ideal for holidays, gift-giving, or a cozy sweet snack, packed with seasonal flavor and easy to make in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

2 ½ cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

½ cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.

2. Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan and spread evenly. Tap lightly to smooth the surface.

4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.

5. Once chilled, lift out the fudge using the parchment, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, for best results.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Add chopped pecans or a caramel swirl for extra flavor and texture.
