1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

5. Add a small splash of milk if needed to loosen the dip to your preferred consistency.
6. Remove from the heat, stir in the chopped cilantro, and serve warm.
Notes
Use block cheese or deli sliced white American cheese for the smoothest melt.
Stir constantly once the cheese starts going in so the dip stays silky.
Serve it right away or keep it warm on the lowest setting for the best texture.
